PT Graha Adhi Jaya Abadi (GAJA) was established as a specialist of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Manufacturing. Supported by engineering team & modern manufacturing as the1st location at Marunda Center Industrial Esteate Blok I No. 12 Marunda - Jakarta

Developed Manufacturing Capability

The Company developed :

  • Continuous laminating GFRP roofing machine.
  • Computerized Filament Winding Machine.
  • New BIO Panel Tank by SMC system.

Received ISO accreditation & Entered Australia Market

Implemented and received accreditation ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. The Company commenced its expansion into the Global Market.

Opened a representative office in Australia to serve in the Oceania region, including Australia and New Zealand

Developed FRP Pipe Facility & 2nd Factory

The Company installed FRP Pipe Manufacturing Facility, equipped with Modern Computerized Control Winding System, Cutting Machine, Molding & Curing Facility

Developed 2nd Factory at the area around 4800m2 at Marunda Center Industrial estate Blok L No. 2 – Marunda Jakarta.

Entered Japan’s Market for long term export contract of FRP Fan Stack

Entered Korea’s Building Materials Market by exporting FRP Floor Panel

MRT Project Jakarta Phase-2 GAJA supports MRT Project Phase-2 provide GRP Pipe for Sewage Effluent Water Piping

Entered Smelter Project

GAJA supports Smelter Manyar Freeport Project provide FRP Molded Grating Chemicals Resistant for 6,700M² including the design, manufacturing & installation.

GAJA supports Nickle Smelter “Merdeka Tsingshan” project at Morowali provide FRP Pipe for Acid Line Piping.
